Welcome to Myrtleritaville! 🌴Hi Everyone, Our rally schedule is now live! Please keep in mind that this is a live document, and it is inevitable that changes will happen between now and the rally. We will do our best to notify you of any major updates before and during the event through our text alerts system. When in doubt, a text will go out! The phone numbers you provided during registration have already been subscribed to receive these alerts. Before arriving at the rally, please take a few minutes to watch the Pre-Rally Orientation Video below. We kindly ask that you communicate with the Wagonmasters only via email. With just two of us coordinating an event for 700+ attendees, we’re unable to monitor Facebook or other platforms for messages. You will also receive a printed event program with the schedule when you check in at the rally. There is no need to print the online schedule in advance. In fact, we recommend that you don’t, since changes are likely before the event begins. Volunteering

Instead, each team will have a Team Lead who will provide instructions at the start of your shift. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled volunteer time so your Team Lead can brief you on your responsibilities. Basket Raffle We are still looking for Basket Raffle donations. If you would like to contribute a basket, please email basketraffle@campersrallytogether.com. All baskets should be dropped off during rally check-in. Rally Charity Gift Card Donations
This year we will be supporting Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. We are collecting Walmart and Target gift cards, which can be dropped off during rally check-in. We suggest values of $10-$20 per gift card. Rally T-Shirts Rally T-shirts will be distributed at rally check in. No additional items are for sale, the deadline to order has now passed. Pre-Party The pre-party is sold out and no additional spots are available. If you need to sell your pre-party tickets, you will need to handle this on your own, as tickets are non-refundable. Anyone who purchases your tickets must use the original name the tickets were purchased under.
