Pre-Rally Planning Timeline

The countdown to the 2026 Myrtle Beach Rally is officially on! A friendly reminder—this is an owner-led, fully volunteer event. With so many moving parts and tons of behind-the-scenes planning, the official schedule isn’t released until 2–3 weeks before the rally. Until then, here’s your roadmap to keep the rally spirit alive:

Fall 2025

• Campground Deposits – Site assignments will be called down and deposits collected. Make sure to keep an eye on your phone when the campground calls so you don’t miss your chance to lock in your spot!

• Pre-Party Details – We’re finalizing the early-arrival fun and will share plans this fall. Get ready for the ultimate rally kickoff!

December 2025

• T-Shirt Release – Official rally gear goes live! Ordering details will be announced, so you can snag your shirts in time.

March 2026

• 2–3 Weeks Out – The complete rally schedule is released. You’ll get it by email, text alerts, and in our Facebook Group.

• 2 Weeks Out – Tune in for our virtual pre-rally orientation, your front-row seat to everything you need to know before rolling in.
